Speed Zone! Speed Zone!, released in 1989, is the third and (as of 2005) final installment of the Cannonball Run series of movies. Like the first two films, this film is a comedy set around an illegal cross-country race, except this time, the premise is that all the racers get arrested before the race begins, and all the sponsors have to line up new racers in a hurry!
