Teen Kanya

Teen Kanya (known in English as Three Daughters or Two Daughters) is a film which was released in 1961, directed by Satyajit Ray, and based upon short stories by Rabindranath Tagore. When the film was originally released, it contained three stories. However, despite the fact that in the current release of the film only two of the stories were able to be restored, the title of the film remains the same. The second story (Monihara-The Lost Jewel) does not feature in the current release, which came out in 1997.
