Problem Child Problem Child is a 1990 comedy movie about a young orphan boy, Junior, who is so troublesome that he is perpetually returned to the orphanage because of all the pranks and damage he causes when families attempt to adopt him. Junior is finally adopted by a couple, the Healys, who are unaware of his capacity for causing mayhem. In the midst of his pranks, he gets involved with the notorious "Bow-Tie Killer" (refrain: "I did it for kicks").
