:35:01
I had seen Timothy,
and he was kind of fun.
:35:04
I didn't really know who he was.
:35:06
And one night, I just wasn't
in the best of moods.
:35:08
I had a huge table.
A family of people that wanted me
:35:11
to make it the best dining experience
of their life.
:35:15
Do it up big. Make the soup big, you know.
Use the vernacular.
:35:18
There was grandmas and babies
and hairdos and coats.
:35:23
So I thought, "You know what? I'll make it.
I'll make it big for ya.
:35:27
I'll make it really big.
You'll never forget this birthday."
:35:30
So, one of the parts
was you'd take the soup cart,
:35:33
and you'd light it up with this gas
so that the soup was bubbling and boiling.
:35:37
You could smell
the deliciousness.
:35:39
And I decided to make it
really big.
:35:42
So I trailed a little bit
extra of the lighter fluid
:35:45
around the polyester cloth,
:35:48
and I kind of miscalculated
because the soup exploded.
:35:52
The people screamed,
the fire went everywhere.
:35:56
So I was called into the office
in the next couple of days.
:35:59
And who do I see
when I sit down in the office,
:36:02
waiting like you're in the jail or
you're in the principal's office?
:36:06
I see Timothy Treadwell.
:36:08
I was like, "Hey, How are you?
I know I've seen you. I'm Jewel."
:36:11
He said, "I'm Tim."
I said, "What are you in for?"
:36:14
He said, "I'm in for walking funny
in the dining room."
:36:17
He said, "What did you do?"
I said, "I lit the soup cart on fire."
:36:19
He said, "That was you?"
And you know,
:36:23
it wasn't love at first sight,
but it was certainly kindred spirits.
:36:28
Only Timmy is the boss
of all foxes and all bears.
:36:32
You're their ruler.
:36:34
Look at that face.
:36:37
Hey, thanks for being my friend.
:36:40
This is so good.
Does that feel good?
:36:45
We patrol the Grizzly Sanctuary together.
How did we meet?
:36:47
Over a decade ago.
He left his mother and father's side,
:36:50
promptly peed on my shoes,
pooped on my clothes, that was it.
:36:54
He was my friend. Timmy, the fox. Yep.
And we watch over things.
:36:58
And he's the boss.
Takes care of everything.
