Pulp Fiction
Pulp Fiction is a 1994 film directed by Quentin Tarantino and written by Tarantino and Roger Avary. It was released to critical and public acclaim and is regarded by many as a milestone in movie history, helping to establish an ascendant independent film movement in the United States. Its fragmented storyline, eclectic dialogue, irony and camp influences, unorthodox camerawork, and numerous pop culture references have since colored countless movies. Tarantino and Avary won Academy Awards for Best Original Screenplay and the film was nominated for seven in total, including Best Picture. The film runs in non-chronological order as almost all of Tarantino's films do. This style of telling a story in a discontinuous order became a popular film trend that was widely mimicked throughout the 90s.

Pulp Fiction
:00:20 Pulp 1. Pehme, niiske, vormitu
hulk ainet.
:00:25 2. Ajakiri või raamat, milles kirjutatakse
õudustest ja mis on trükitud iseloomulikule
:00:31 karedale viimistlemata paberile.
:00:37 Unusta ära. See on liiga riskantne.
Ma ei tegele enam sellega.
:00:42 Sa ütled alati seda.
Iga kord sama jutt.
:00:46 "Ma olen lõpetanud, mitte ealeski,
liiga ohtlik."
:00:49 Ma tean, et ma nii ütlen.
Ja mul on alati õigus.
:00:52 - Ja paari päeva pärast sa unustad selle.
- Need päevad on möödas.
Täna õhtul on viimased prääksud.
:01:21 - Soovib keegi veel kohvi?
- Jah, palun!
:01:26 Aitäh.
- Pole tänu väärt.
:01:30 Ma mõtlen, et praegust...
:01:34 võtad sa sellega sama riski,
nagu panka röövides.
:01:37 See on riskantsemgi.
Pangad on lihtsamad.
:01:40 Riigipangad ei peakski sind
röövi ajal peatama.
:01:44 Nad on kindlustatud. Miks see peakski neid kottima?
Seal poleks püssigi vaja.
:01:49 Ma kuulsin sellisest vennikesest,
kes kõndis panka telefoniga.
:01:54 Ta andis telefoni tellerile.
Vend telefoni teises otsas ütles:
:01:57 "Meil on selle mehe väike tütar. Kui te ei anna
sellele mehele kogu raha, siis me tapame ta."
